“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty."

— Maya Angelou

Vivica Price-Spraggins (she/her) holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelors of Science from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Vivica strives to create a safe and empathetic environment where clients can openly explore their challenges and work toward lasting change. Vivica  places a strong emphasis on building a collaborative therapeutic relationship, tailoring my approach to fit the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Using a solution-focused framework, Vivica works with clients to identify their strengths, set realistic goals, and develop practical strategies to move forward. Her aim is to empower individuals to take action and create positive change in their lives, while honoring their values and personal experiences.

With experience in university settings, she has supported college students facing transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, career development, and LGBTQ+ issues. She has also worked with student-athletes, helping them manage the pressures of high performance, time management, and balancing their academic and athletic responsibilities.

Vivica's goal is to guide clients in discovering their path to self-improvement, fostering resilience, and gaining clarity as they navigate their personal journeys.
