Depth-Oriented Psychotherapist

At Psychiatric and Psychological Specialties (PPS), we offer more than a job—we offer a professional home for clinicians who want to practice with depth, autonomy, and integrity. We are a woman-owned, clinician-led private practice that supports experienced mental health professionals in doing the work they were trained to do: long-term, meaningful psychotherapy that creates lasting change.

We’re looking for licensed clinicians who are ready to move beyond quick fixes and private equity models—and instead, join a team that values clinical excellence, relational depth, and professional collaboration.

Our Mission: We promote mental wellness through high-quality therapy, assessment, and medication management, with a special emphasis on depth-oriented approaches. Our diverse, interdisciplinary team collaborates to create a supportive environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
