Jill Flannery is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. She has been in the fitness industry since 2000.

Jill has trained and worked with a wide range of client populations, from post-rehab, senior, youth, corrective exercise and everyone in between. She is a fitness professional that provides safe, fun, and effective environments to help people improve their relationship with exercise through client assessment, program design and coaching with understanding and empathy.

Jill feels that when you have a positive experience with exercise, you will have a positive and healthy relationship with exercise.

Jill can see clients from any state.
