Rebekah Westerbeek, LMSW, CEAP

Rebekah Westerbeek, LMSW, CEAP, is a licensed clinical social worker and certified employee assistance professional. She received her undergraduate degree in Religion and Sociology from Manchester University and her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Rebekah has worked in a number of settings, including employee assistance, hospice, and home health. As a psychotherapist, Rebekah utilizes a therapeutic approach that is highly individualized to each of her clients. She draws on techniques from cognitive, behavioral, person-centered, dynamic, and solution focused therapy modalities. Rebekah’s aim is to help her clients facilitate personal growth by identifying and removing the obstacles that hinder their natural propensity for self-realization. While she works with clients facing a broad range of challenges, her clinical interests include grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, self-esteem, and work-life balance.
